WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
Technology at the service of people
A truly international firm
When faced with cross-border issues, clients often have to choose between asking their local lawyer if they have any contacts with a good lawyer in the other country, or contacting any lawyer in the other jurisdiction, hoping for the best. Our concept solves this dilemma. We have offices in South America, the United States and Europe. You can contact and meet our lawyers locally, and they will work with the Corral International lawyer abroad. Our goal is to take the uncertainty out of the process of finding an experienced, good and reliable lawyer in another country or continent.
When applying for citizenship in Europe, local representation is key. It is natural that you will want to work with a lawyer close to you in order to meet all the requirements, but it is also in your best interest to have a local lawyer in Europe to file your application and communicate with the local authorities. Corral International can do it for you.
Our History
Julio Corral Borrero left Cuenca, his hometown, when he was elected deputy to the 1966 Constituent Assembly. In 1967 he was appointed Superintendent of Banks of Ecuador. He was one of the most respected lawyers in the country. He held important positions, such as President of Cofiec, Unibanco and Erco. He was part of the Restructuring Commission that drafted the 1979 constitution and set the path for the return to democracy.
In 1971 he founded the law firm Corral, Chiriboga y Garaicoa, which in 1975 became Corral, Chiriboga & Rosales, and years later Corral & Rosales, currently one of the largest law firms in the country. It is worth mentioning that after his death in 2003, no lawyer with the last name of Corral works in the firm Corral & Rosales. His brother, son and nephews have decided to continue a long tradition of service, efficiency and ethics with Corral International.
Julio Corral Borrero is remembered as an impeccable and kind person of great human quality.
